Reformer Pilates is a form of total body exercise which targets the core and other stabilizing muscles important for fitness and athletic performance, protecting the body from injury, and rehabilitating from injury. The reformer is a machine which adds tension through bars and springs to traditional pilates exercises. If you are new to reformer exercise please ensure you arrive 5 minutes before class so we may orient you to the machine.
